When you reach the place you can choose from a line of restaurants. You can choose to buy your own fresh/raw seafood in the market which is in the same area and decide to have it cooked in the restaurant you’ve chosen. Here’s their daily price list. This is posted in the middle of the market so that you can be sure the price you’re paying is just right.
After the purchase we brought our buys back to the restaurant. Crabs were steamed with garlic, shrimps were cooked Butter Garlic, squid was sautéd with garlic and olive oil.
The restaurant we chose, called The Sis, was located somewhere in the middle of the strip. Their cooking was good and service was great. Waiting time for our food was about 15 minutes. Waiters were very attentive and though there were a number of customers, they had enough employees to meet the demands of customers. The place had 2 floors. The ripe floor was a roofed open space with electric fans while the bottom
floor was air conditioned.
